Please include the page link in your first message. It saves a lot of confusion when two pages have similar names or when the question concerns an entry from an earlier year.

If a result looks wrong

Check the date and bazi once more, then send us these details:

• The full address of the page you were reading.
• The result date, including the year, and the bazi number.
• The patti or single shown on the page.
• The number you believe it should show, with a source link or screenshot if you have one.

A subject such as “Result query: [date], Bazi [number]” makes the entry easy to identify. In the message, explain whether the number appears wrong, is missing or differs from another page on this site. You can read more about the information we publish in our sources and corrections policy.

If the page is difficult to use

Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If a chart cuts off, a link will not open or a button seems unresponsive, include your device and browser as well as the page address. A screenshot is useful when it shows a layout problem.

Keep your message to the website question

We do not need your password, payment details or identity documents to identify a chart entry or display problem. Please leave that information out of your email.
